I ordered this Video Box Set Vol 1, Vol 2 of the Series "Everwood", I recieved a confirmation email from a "Tracy Wallace" cliquedvdshows2@gmail.com with a confirmation Number, I was concerned when the post office had us come and sign for them since they were from "China". I was concerned for anthrax or something. Since it was the Videos I was shocked cause of copy right laws when I seen the DVD's in the box, everything was good until I seen the disk were numbered with a ink pen. Then I found distortion, some disk not Finalized, and some disk did not work. I sent emails back to this "Tracy Wallace" but no answer, asking for a refund and a return address. But no Replys to my emails.

Website and my "Roseanne" experience

First off, I would like to acknowledge that when I saw such a "cheap" price for the complete boxed set of Roseanne totaling $102 I understood it would somehow be a "bootleg". But of course I jumped at the set , used an actual credit card and away we went. As others reported the shipping time frame was slow and once received I reported to "Tracy" only via email available that some DVD's were skipping left and right and the disks were actually scratched. They did come from China and you knew it was bootlegged! Same cover on all. Upon complaining to Tracy unable to watch even after cleaning them, I was resent the complete boxed set once again waiting a short time. To my surprise this set was perfect and perhaps also getting a current DVD player helped as well. Same type formatting of covers Am I tempted to purchase again for the cheaper prices and since I cannot duplicate anything remotely without commercials for the price range and patience of 222 episodes. I certainly would as thinking Cagney and Lacey next! It was advised considered a fan favorite and not an official boxed set.
