As per FTC advertising guidelines..this company has violated many. They made false claims to making retirement income with nothing to back it. No disclosure statement to prove claims. Collected literally hundreds of thousands of dollars for services and products not rendered.

Prior connections to scam sites aka mybizmakers, turnkeypc, Marissa Crooks leading the way.
Club Colossal brought in free members, turned into 2 paid programs...so far no money, no products..worst..no response from admin.

Company fraudulently stated huge membership base...all from high cost, low quality to non existence sold guaranteed sign ups. Company claims to have over 212k members to pay matrix money...they may have 1000 actual members and continue to display this fake number. They continue to push retirement income claims...
There is no real office to contact..
Stay clear..you WILL lose money, and may even go deeper than here.
MLM and DOWNLINE CLUBS at its worst!

#3 REBUTTAL Owner of company

Rebuttal from the President, Martin Morse.

AUTHOR: Martin - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Tuesday, October 19, 2004

My name is Martin Morse, President of VirtualDesk, Inc.

Marissa Crooks and Roger McEntyre are not owners nor officers of Club Colossal.

Accusation: VirtualDeskinc a paid program created with club colossal members.

Rebuttal: VirtualDeskinc was not created primarly for club colossal members.

Accusation: Club Colossal, where most monetary losses took place.

Rebuttal: No monetary losses took place. People received the advertising, products/services they purchased.

For the members paying for advertising, most members were given 10% more than they purchased.

Members who want to make money must work to promote their own business. It was the members'
responsiblity to follow up with the new referrals resulting from the advertising results they paid for. No work equals no results.

Accusation: Promise of thousands has turned into mere dollars with only very few making "several" hundred..to be determined.

Rebuttal: The potential to make money was and is still there. No promise of income was ever made. It was stated over and over
again that you must work your business to make any money.

Accusation: Many FTC violations in advertising, collecting funds for services and products unrendered. Misreprsentation of potential earnings, POSSIBLE credit card fraud to be determined.

Rebuttal: There has been a delay of delivery of a few of the products. This is a new start up. We are working on this and most of our distributors understand this. There has been no misrepresentation of potential earnings. Your earnings are based on how much time and money you invest in your business.

There has been no credit card fraud.

Accusation: Poor quality products that do not compete at "discounts" as stated here. We were told thousands of products the public would want. We were told 20 "heavy hitters" WERE part of this..wrong!

Rebuttal: VirtualDesk, Inc. is currently sponsoring the development of more products which our distributors will be able to market.

We never placed the growth of business on heavy hitters. The emphasis was always placed on proper work ethic, product sales, and advertising

POSTED: Wednesday, October 06, 2004

Let me start by thanking the owners of this site for the opportunity to voice my experiences and freedom of speech, and a call to anyone who can, to support this site. I for one, will do all I can to work toward keeping it alive!

This report is to include:
Martin Morse, Marissa Crooks, Roger McIntyre
GDLC ( guaranteed downline club )owners of Club Colossal. Owner liability to be determined.
VirtualDeskinc a paid program created with club colossal members.

Club Colossal, where most monetary losses took place. Thousands and thousands of dollars were spent(a close million) due to false claims of "retirement" income. Some members quit jobs based on the unsubtantiated claims made over and over.

Some college guys stalled education after being told this business would be their future.
Promise of payrun going into the 1st paid program still not paid, and 3rd payment due 10/23 for most.

Promise of thousands has turned into mere dollars with only very few making "several" hundred..to be determined.

A request for testimonials of the VERY few who earned several hundred is being sought out to be included in the new promotions.
My cost: almost $3000, and I am waiting 2 months on a mere $107.00

My sisters cost: $2385 and is waiting for $19.50. No one who earned less than $20 will get paid, "new policy?" The rules change almost weekly.

Many FTC violations in advertising, collecting funds for services and products unrendered. Misreprsentation of potential earnings, POSSIBLE credit card fraud to be determined.

Poor quality products that do not compete at "discounts" as stated here. We were told thousands of products the public would want. We were told 20 "heavy hitters" WERE part of this..wrong!

One statement they made: "Instant downline equals instant money".

I could write a book on more issues, but it will all come out in the wash soon. Legal issues pending here, can club colossal turnen virutaldesk members will seek a class acion lawsuit.
