Be very cautious when dealing with www.coolebuy.com
I ordered all 7 series of Star Trek (the Next Generation) and the DVDs appeared to be a cheap knock-off (similar to what you could create on your home PC). Only a handful of the 48 DVDs actually worked, and the quality of those that did was very poor indeed.
I made a complaint to www.coolebuy.com and they promised only a 50% refund. That was in April 2012, it's now July and still no refund. I've sent well over a dozen messages and have received no replies since the initial refund promise.
Based on my experience with them, I don't consider coolebuy.com to be a reliable website to purchase from.
