I booked many months in advance for a July 2014 with www.cruisesonly.com to secure the specifics I need. Traveling with 2 elderly folks, we needed a specific dining time which is offered on Royal Carribean Explorer of the Seas. We also paid more for the selection.
We set a specific time and I called crusiesonly to book it for my party of 4 and they confirmed it on 2 occassions. It is very important we get that time I stressed.
Well sure enough i call (now) 3 weeks before the cruise and our MY TIME dining time is not there. Nope, nothing. Even though they confirmed it when I called months ago and they confirmed arranging it, they could not explain what happened nor resolve it and they would not make any make good.
We are simply out of luck. I did everything right, book ealry, called several times to confirm and was vigilant and I still got no resolve or satisfaction.
They clearly can see 2 in our party are 80 and 85 years young, but we still got the heave h*o.
