customcrops.com custom crops never delivered product Internet

Jan 30, 2010 I ordered a princess cricut cartridge for my wife. On the website it said that it would be delivered Mar 5, 2010.  The cartridge never arrived, I call the company and they told me that there was a delay with provo craft and that it would arrive the beginning of April. It is now April 25, 2010 and still no cartridge, not even a call from the company letting me know what is going on.  They sure wasted no time charging my credit card $49.99 in Jan, but take all the time in the world to get my product to me. I am in the military and will be moving shortly so the likelyhood of me getting my wife her cricut cartridge from them is slim to none.  I did try to call them again and they wanted to charge me $10 to refund my money by the way.

Stay away from this company. Dont ever pre-order anything from them or anybody, because by the time the product comes out you will find it someplace cheaper.  I pre-ordered because my wife really wanted this on time. Little did we know they were going to steal our money.
