electroniccigarettesfast.com Mysterious order placed on my account, but not by me California

I recieved a strange email confirming an order I supposedly placed with electroniccigarettesfast.com. I immediately called the company several times, each time I was sent to a voicemail system and each time I left a message. I then sent the company an e-mail. By this time I was pretty upset. I knew that no money had been charged to my credit card, but the idea of someone using one of my online accounts was still unsettling.

When I received an email back from the company, they rudely explained that one of their sales representatives had accidently processed the order under my name, because the individual ordering the items shared my name. Understandable. But the person placing the order did not share my shipping or billing address, or my email. This was obviously a case of someone not paying attention.

The respnse I received was rude and is not the way in which I would ever conduct customer service. They were not apologetic. They claimed to have attempted to call me 2 times and the line was busy. I never received a call from them on my business phone or cell phone, both of which have call waiting.

This company has quite possibly the worst customer service standards I have ever seen from a business. A simple oops, sorry, here's what happened would have sufficed.
