www.encrease.co is a scam site that ripped me off and nearly my friend. I cannot believe this "company" and the lengths they will go to in order to steal your money. I trusted them. They basically PROMISE on their site you will get results and converted sales or your money back in 30 days. Haha RIGHT! It takes them 30 seconds to TAKE your money and here I am nearly 3 weeks later AFTER the 30 days and NO refund. They have 3 cronies that do their dirty work. Michael Gordon sets the account up for you. You will get 10,000 "real people" to visit your site. Thats strange, out of the 10,000 not ONE purchased a thing. Nor did ANOTHER 10,000 that another website I suggested use www.encrease.co either. They made horrible "banners" and ignored my suggestions for WEEKS which ate up my 30 days. I have a website I promote, and the person I wrongly suggested also used them who sells childrens books. Neither of use got sales between 20,000 apparently BOT/fake visitors. Figures. The next in line is Angela McNeal. She will try to smooth your concerns over, if that does not work she will actually e-mail OTHER clients YOU send THEIR way and call you "incredibly difficult to deal with and downright offensive". She uses slander and harsh terms on people wjhen they don't get a promised refund after weeks. Encrease, encrease www.encrease.co all short for SCAM.

Then there is Jocelyn Alston, she starts out sweet, then tells you they will pretty much blackmail you and give you a refund, IF you promise not to sue them for internet fraud. I'd wondered why there were no complaints against them. Then I realized they were a new company and I'm one of the first people they've Ripped Off. I mentioned a business I sent to them earlier, it took them nearly a month to get their money back, and it was only a partial rend, short $25.00 and to get THAT was like pulling teeth with dozens of e-mails and arguments back and forth.

My dad is sick with colon cancer, and I'm helping him with chemo. This was like blood in shark infested waters with these "people" when they found out. They first wanted my phone number to harass me, and when I would not give them that they proceeded to e-mail me nearly a dozen times a day with their legal team threats. They even threatened to sue me for complaining online. Did not work, here I am. They even did a background search on me and e-mailed me "dirt" of someones lies posted about me 10- 15 years ago. Yes, THAT long ago. That's how desperate they are to keep their shady name clean. I'm spretty sure scare tatics have been used to shut up many a customer they have RIPPED OFF. They will probably post their side/lie of the story. Let them lie all they want, I will just keep telling the truth. To this day I still do not have my refund and am working on taking them to court for internet fraud, harassment and slander. There is SO much more I will remember to add later.

I would like to apologize

AUTHOR: Sylvia Lambert - (USA)

POSTED: Thursday, March 24, 2016

I would like to apologize for my last review. I found out that Encrease did in fact send me a refund on 03/17 (five days before I posted my rip off report complaint), but they sent my refund on my husband's paypal account, I thought they were gonna send it back to our credit card.

I now realize that I may have been a bit harsh in my last review. After reading Duane's testimonial I thought that I had been scammed and got a bit hasty. My husband looked into our statistics and we found that 9 of the 16 sales we made came from Encrease. This is still not as many sales as what we were promised, but since we did get a refund I will be willing to give them another try.

God Bless

I too have been scammed

AUTHOR: Sylvia Lambert - (USA)

POSTED: Tuesday, March 22, 2016

I too have been scammed by Encrease. I purchased on 02/15 a package that guarantees a minimum of 20,000 visitors and 20 sales or conversions per month. As of 03/22, our stats show we only made 16 sales in the past month, and that's with Encrease AND AdRoll advertising our site.

I followed all the instructions I was given by Encrease customer service to obtain a refund, and was told I would get my money back within 24 to 48h. It’s been over a week and I still have yet to see my money back.

I do not recognize any of the names mentioned above by Duane, so my guess is there must be more people working for them than the 3 crooks listed above.

I thought the banners they created looked alright, Im not sure how to know if their visitors are robots, but to me making promises that you’ll get your money back and not delivering on that promise is, in my opinion, a SCAM.

I am furious and I hope to God that no one else will fall for these people.

More Lies

The only people that complain about Rip Off Report are the ones who have ripped others off. There have also been complaints against encrease.co listed with The Better Business Bureau as well. This is a scam company. I still have no refund.

Thank you for sharing your opinion

AUTHOR: Erika - (USA)

POSTED: Wednesday, May 27, 2015
Hello Duane,

This is Erika from customer support.

First of all I would like to thank you for sharing your opinion and trying to bring any issues or concerns you may be experiencing to our attention. As a marketing & communication agency we are strong proponents of freedom of speech and we respect and support people's rights to express their opinion.

Unfortunately, I cannot be of much help to your case for 2 reasons, the first being that I could not identify your individual profile or account based on the information provided (the only identifying information you provided was your first name, "Duane", which is not enough for me to identify your account, in fact I could not find any way to contact you other than by responding on this site), and the second reason being that the website that is being used to express your complaint is not a genuine public forum.

It turns out that, after a quick research, this website "rip off report" is actually a scam that essentially consists of gathering negative reviews about businesses, which are then published at the top of search engines through intensive SEO in order to force these businesses to pay to remove the listings from search engines, at a fee of $2,000 per review.

If you type "rip off report" on Google, you'll find that interestingly, absolutely all search results (except for the single one that goes to the website itself) points to warnings and complaints indicating the website is a scam and has a long history of defrauding businesses with their questionable practices (and at the same time innocent customers who are unaware of being used for ulterior motives). It also has an F rating by the BBB and the absolute worst ratings possible on all other review sites.

No honest "review" site would give businesses the option to pay to make negative reviews disappear (from search engines and other places), or even less give them such an option at all. Yet this is their revenue model and how they make their profits.

It is very clear and somewhat ironic, yet saddening, that "rip off report" is in fact a rip off itself.

For that reason, I will not be able to address any issue or concern you may have from this site, since it is not a genuine public forum but rather a deceptive site with ulterior motives, and we have no intentions to contribute or participate in such scam.

I will however say, that the accusations above are very serious, and if true, will result in serious disciplinary actions on any employees involved or that may have been disrespectful to you or any of our customers. We treat our customers with the utmost respect and professionalism, and we do not allow disrespectful behavior of any kind. I would highly recommend that you contact customer service and ask to talk to a supervisor. It should be mentioned that none of the employees you listed above are supervisors.

I'll finally say that, again, we respect everyone's opinion, you are entitled to say and think whatever you want of our services, and while we try our best to serve our customers with the highest quality service and dedication they deserve, as everyone know, it is unfortunately not always possible to please everyone every single time. We'll always try our best to make things right, but this isn't to say there isn't the possibility that, in some rare instances, a customer simply won't be satisfied no matter what we do. Our company has an excellent track record (we've been around for 7 years, which unlike what you said above, is not exactly what would normally be considered "young", at least not in our industry, we're older than AdRoll, Groupon, Bing, and many others) and we have yet to receive a single complaint from any past or current customer (your complaint is actually the very first one we've ever found to date), as a testimony of our hard work and dedication to our customers. If customers were disatisfied with our services, they would have written about it online (there are many open forums for that) and it would have been known. We also have plenty of positive reviews and testimonials from our customers, some of which can be found on our website (we update our clients testimonials page with new ones regularly).

There are many other serious accusations in your complaint above, which must be addressed without question, but sadly I will not be able to be of much help due to the reasons listed above.

We genuinely care for the satisfaction of our customers, so if you are indeed experiencing any issue or difficulties please do contact customer service or ask to talk to a supervisor so we can address the matter and help you in any way that we can. All communications (including incoming and outgoing phone calls, emails, chats, etc.) are recorded so you can rest assured that our team will get to the bottom of this.

Thank you Duane,

- Erika
