On 5/8/11, I placed an order online for tile from www.everyfloor.com. They immediately charged my credit card over $600, but after 3 weeks, I had no delivery, no tracking number and no contact. I phoned and got the runaround with a new anticipated delivery date 2 weeks later.
Two days after my call, I got an email saying they couldn't provide delivery and I should contact my credit card company for a refund. I tried calling and emailing the company many times but get nothing but voicemail on their only phone number, and I never got a call or email back.
After finding many similar stories online, I have made a claim with the FL BBB, reported the fraud to my credit card company and the FL attorney general, and have made several reports online. DO not do business with this company. The website is still up, and offering the tile they couldn't deliver to me. My bank considers this credit card fraud and so do I.
