My wife went there looking for a Honda Pilot and found one online at www.extrememotorcarsinc.com. She complained of high
pressure sales tactics - unrelenting "what will it take to put you in
this car today". She finally caved and sent a deposit. Turns out
the repo car was mainly used in western NY (most heavily salted roads in America). I asked them to change the car, I didn't wanted a car from western NY. I had to wait 3 DAYS until I got an answer from them that they found another Pilot to replace it, one that came from Miami. I felt defrauded for waiting so long. We received the car in 4 days and everything is OK, except that it didn't had a spare tire as it was stated in the description. I asked for the spare tire and they said I will have to pay for the delivery of the tire to my house. Buyer beware of www.extrememotorcarsinc.com!

You are filing a report against a dealer that could have forced you to purchase the NewYork car because you provided a deposit then did your reaserch. To keep you happy they found you one you wanted to buy.
Then after you had them change the car to the Florida car, that would be a difrent car... they agreed to stand behind the original discription even though they sold you a difrent car!!
So I think the mesage that you are refusing to get is that they have not only bent over (and yes I mean that in the most demeaning sense) to try and keep you happy they didn't have to provide the spare as this is a difrent car!
To make sure you understand that they did not have to give you this gift they asked that you pay shipping only! for a two or three hundred dollar gift!
Wow, I really wouldn't expect any more help or consideration from the dealer after their upstanding good will jestures and your stab in the back by posting this complaint.
And finally 3 days to find a good replacement used car to keep a customer happy is quite frankly completly incredible, to find and bring in a targeted pre owned car takes our dealership over 30 days on average.
Holy cow dude!
