I place an order at www.fibroslim.com on 5-23-09.

By 6-26-09 I had not received my shipment so I sent an email requesting an ETA and the tracking info.  They said it was backordered and should be on it's way soon.

I kept an eye on the tracking number they provided and it didn't budge.

I contacted them again 7-12-09 requesting that they cancel the order and refund my payment.  They replied that they could ship via Express delivery and I would recieve my order in 3-5 days.

I contacted them again 7-29-09 requesting my refund as I still had not received my shipment and the tracking number they provided showed that it had shipped to California (I live in Washington).  Got no response.

I contacted them again 8-06-09 requesting an ETA on the refund.  They said they would submit the refund request and I should receive it within two weeks.

I contacted them again 8-22-09 as I still had not received my refund.  I have received no response from them.

Today Is 9-1-09 and I still have not received my refund and I have received no further response from them.

I have filed a dispute with my credit card company and have my fingers crossed they will credit back the purchase and/or help to pursue legal action against the fraud. 

I have found other complaints online today and want to add my voice to warn others:  PLEASE do not order from this company.  They are a fraud and you will loose your money!!
