I sent them over 210 dollars over 3 weeks ago to buy a present for my 12 year old son's birthday (that was yesterday WITHOUT his gift!).
It was a joystick to play a airplane game that really wanted and that was meant to arrive in not more than 14 days after the shipping date. Now it has been exactly 24 days and I still didn t receive it.
I payed over $60 dollars of shipping fees and for this price, they didn't even ship with tracking number !
When I called the customer service today, the guy was very rude, didn't offer any solution to my problem and kept on saying that if I needed my item fast, I had to choose the $150 shipping method. I read the shipping conditions and I thought that 14 days maximum meant 14 days maximum but they are telling me that it doesn't.
They are not willing to offer me a refund so I want to warn anyone planning on ordering something there : DO NOT ORDER FROM fspilotshop.com OR YOU WILL RISK TO LOSE ALL YOUR MONEY JUST LIKE ME

This customer has ordered from us numerous times in the past and received his order happily every time.
On this order, he selected the economy shipping option, which is clearly marked as ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME when he selected it on our website. He is located in Thailand, so as we also note on our website, economy shipping times are only estimates and are subject to delays in customs, local postal delays, etc. and this is especially true with international shipments to places like Thailand. We ship hundreds of thousands of packages all around the world and 99.99% have gotten delivered properly.
Furthermore, we answered the customer every time he called and emailed, each time screaming and making numerous threats against us and our company.
Finally, we have proof that his order was shipped and in fact attempted for delivery within the 2 week time frame, in fact it arrived EARLY! Tracking information can be viewed here:
