 Kijiji.ca Refuses to remove a deceptive ad for an apartment Unit
From the land management company Gestion Matinale Also Known as
Gestion Matinale 2013 INC.

 In the ad for a "3 bedroom" apartment, Gestion Matinale is claiming
That a small room that must be entered through the 2end bedroom and
With no door of it's own is actually a separate bedroom.

 The definition of a bedroom includes 2 key requirements..

 #1. It must have a door.

 #2. The method of entrance/exit must open into a common area
and must not open into another room.

 Since the supposed 3erd bedroom has no door and no direct
access to a common area of the rest of the apartment this
room dose NOT fit the definition of a bed room and thus is
false and misleading advertising.

 Kijiji.ca Has a responsibility to remove falsely advertised goods
and services and in this case refuses to remove or require the
Listing for this apartment be changed.
