www.logobench.com, www.videojeeves.com, www.brandedlogodesigns.com, socialavenue,com, Ray Brown, Jay Smith, Eddie Louis, Brian, Kenneth Parks, Zach, etc. Scam. Con Artists. Thieves. Rude. Obnoxious. STAY FAR AWAY San Francisco California

This company is a sham, scam and fraud. The main name is logobench.com but they also use videojeeves.com which they say they do animated videos. The ones they post on youtube which you can choose from their sample lists are NOT even theirs. I know because I prucased one . I bought a package where they say they will write the script, story board and the animation. They said they will do everything in 5 days but the script and the revision with specific insturctions were horrific. I wrote the script myslef and gave them specific instruction on the story board and they did something completely contrary. 

I also purchased 2 logos. The first which took a couple of weeks was worse than a 5 year old could do and they tried a few more times but was far from even an amateur. I did the logo again myself. I also paid for a web site but in 5 weeks time they never even put a web designer on the phone even though they promised ever day they would. 

The persons I spoke to originally and for weeks was a Ray Smith and a Jay Brown who had thick Indian accents even though thwey claimed they are located in San Francisco. Every else I spoke to which was about 6 other people who sounded the same and also had distinct Indian accents were all of no assistance and always tried to pass the buck to Ray & jay who would laugh when asked about the progression of my work and challenged about their so-called employees who sounded exactly the same. 

They were completely RUDE. They kept promising me results but every day never kept to one promise. They simply did not care and their work product one or two times clearly defined they could not demonstrate what they showed before they made the sale.  They have a main number but when they call there is many different numbers as they have many company nmae which I found about myself under many compalins and rip off reports of which they cover up with their SEO to hide them but believe me there is MANY!

They are NOT located in San Francisco but in India using a ruse they are in the US. The Better Business Bureau gave them a F rating. Ask them if they are located in San Fran. They claim to have outrageous claims like over one MILLION satisfied clients and a 98% satisfaction rating. but those statistics are listed differently even by them. You can check it out. 

There is no web sites they did because those sites are not theirs. Check out the sites for yourslef. They can get away with this type of fraud becuase this country has no laws to protect the consumer. The main reason they are so belligerent also is becuase they ARE from India and protected there. 

Call RayJay the phonies there and listen to any of the emploees and see for yourself if you get anyone that is an American.  Pass the word about this company and all other Indian companies who are all about Internet web and IT support. They are all about ripping off Americans. If the price is too good to be true, there is a reason behind it. I learned a hard lesson. 

They need to be incarcerated. This is criminal what they do.
