Hello,  if you have looked at this before you did your floors, you are lucky.   These people , Cindy & Brandon we understand are completely fraud.  I met a stained concrete contractor and he explained how they get all their work , its on craigslist and they try to block all the competition out.

 I used craigslist and now i understand. I saw a war this christmas between makeuglybeautiful.com and severa people we writing bad about her so i said when i get a chance i will post my experience.

 Yes, i wont give my name because the type people they are, they did work for me and threatened to leave with out sealing my floor unless they were paid in full. They never came back to wax, the job on a 1 to 10 was a 6 or 7.   These people were a big dissapointment to us. Cindy seems so real until you get into a situation.   Im sure there is a long line of disappointed customers and im sure she will respond like i am competition or something like that to try to clear their reputation. I have decided to post on several sites and im going to the bbb.  Sorry guys, u did it to yourself
