- Contacted me via website freelancer.com for a project
- via skype all conversation have been recorded
- 2 milestones were made with agreement on first to be release after MY approval of the work
- work was not satisfying as it should be
- user works with "template" builder software and that was not the agreement
- on first milestone (300 euro) their was an agreement on refunding 35% when I was not ok with the work.
- result I was not ok with the work and still i released the first milestone of 300euro instead of only the agreed 35% of it...
- user is making threats via my private mail and is trying to blackmail me via private mail to release the 2nd milestone - which was not agreed upon.
- I will fill compliant via my lawyer against this type of blackmail.

who is Zaki!?
What is freelancer.com?
I only do business locally in the northwest and not in other countries. What this person wrote must have gotten the domain wrong. There was never any money or transaction done with anyone outside of the united states and can provide any documentation needed to prove that what the person wrote is either a scam or is misled. recorded on skype? lets hear it. i only do business with NDA. only with NDAs that you can protect each of our business.
so in all, from the information typed by the complaint, it is 100% incorrect. I value my business and customers and especially users of this media. So misled. now i have to spend extra time and money to remove this invalid and misled information because someone got the domain and company confused.
again, i never do business with anyone unless i meet them in person, with coffee and a solid handshake along with NDAs. I work with large companies - not small venturers.
so who is Zaki? Euros? i only deal with American Dollars.
What makes this more suspicious is that other companies are calling me advising to help me clear this information... very suspicious and coincidental that a company calls me about this report. Please be aware of this scam. Any future business may ask of this in which i can show all tax and bank reports showing that i run a squeeky-clean business.
