I bought the sample diet patches just to see if it really worked. When my sample arrived all the packets and info were in the package but the diet patch wa. By the time I called the company to tell them they had already sent me a 90 day supply and charged my card 169 dollars.

I called in to confront them and they happily refunded my money for the 2.95 charge that was charged for the sample, but seeing as i had a 90 day gaurentee I figured i couldgive it a try. Not only did they not work but they stank horribly and they gave me horrible rashes wherever i put them.

When i sent them back i waited a month and i called them since the money had not been applied to my card. THey simply told me to wait , and that i did. I then notified them again two weeks later only to be told that the money could not be applied to my card. That the client account could not be matched.I was furious and asked to speak with the person in charge of refunds. They told me that the only way they could be contacted was through email. SO i emailed them and they were very prompt on the reply.

Withing minutes they told me that they had done the transaction maunally and that it should be on my card soon, two weeks went by and nothing. so then i contacted them again and they said that they would do it agian. all responses were short and obviously computer generated since they clearly had no concern for the matter.

another couple weeks and nothing, so then furious i told them that i would take matters into my own hands. They said that tey would me a cheak, nope guess what, still no check. I returned my patches over three months ago.. now they say they are second day airing it me, although they have already done that... this company is a fraud!! i dont think i will ever see my money
