THEY HAVE A CLEARLY WRITTEN DISCLAIMER IN THERE SALES AGREEMENT.  IF YOUR COMMENTS ARE TO NOT 100% PERCENT TRUE. THEY IM SURE MEAN THEY WILL HAVE AN ATTORNEY CONTACT YOU AS THE VERBAGE IN THE DISCLAIMER IS ON THAT LEVEL AND IM SURE THEY WILL USE IT AS THEY PUT IT THERE FOR A REASON LIKE THE BREEDER I DEALT WITH.

I TRY TO HELP OTHER PEOPLE ON THIS SITE THAT HAVE HAD ISSUES FROM  "PROFESSIONAL BREEDERS". AS I TO HAVE HAD TO FIGHT WITH ONE, I LOST THEY HAD A DISCLAIMER SIMILAR TO THE ONE FROM THE SITE IN WHICH YOU ARE WRITING ABOUT.  I MADE THE MISTAKE OF POSTING ON THE INTERNET THINKING IT WAS SAFE I LOST MOST EVERYTHING I HAD WORKED FOR IN MY LIFE TO A DOG BREEDER. I TO TRIED TO SAVE MY PET AND SPENT 5k I WISH I HAD NEVER POSTED A THING THE 5k WAS NOTHING COMPARED TO THE SUM I WAS FORCED TO PAY TO AFTER LOOSING DUE TO A SIMPLE THREE LINE DISCLAIMER I OVER LOOKED WHEN I BOUGHT MY PET.

THIS SITE HAS A LOT OF "HEAR SAY"  ON IT SO BE CAREFUL WHAT YOU GO BY IT IS WHERE I FELL AS HOPE YOU HAVE PROOF TO BACK YOUR POSTINGS. ONLY STATE THE FACTS NOTHING EXTRA ONLY GIVE WHAT HAPPENED TO YOU NOT SOME OTHER PERSON THAT YOU THINK MAY OR MAY NOT BE REAL.   

TO THE 2nd POSTER ARE YOU OUT OF YOUR MIND?! YOU DID NOT EVEN BUY THE DOG IF I READ IT WRITE IT WAS YOUR MOTHERS. THEY ARE ABLE TO FILE SUIT AGAINST YOU AND BY POSTING A PICTURE YOU HAVE JUST SIGNED YOUR OWN AGREEMENT AS IT IS AWAY TO LINK YOU BACK TO YOUR MOTHER.

I HOPE YOU DID NOT POST IT FROM YOUR MOTHERS COMPUTER OR IT WILL BE LINKED BACK TO IT.  IF YOU ARE ABLE TO  I WOULD TRY TO HAVE THE PICTURE REMOVED, I DO NOT THINK THIS IS SITE ALLOWS REMOVAL THEY WILL LET YOU WRITE WHAT EVER YOU LIKE THE REMOVAL PART IS NOT THE SAME CASE.

ALSO SUGGEST 2nd POSTER GET AN ATTORNEY OR SEEK ADVICE. I HOPE THAT YOU HAVE NOT POSTED ANY COMMENTS THAT ARE NOT 100% TRUE. AS READING YOUR POSTINGS IT IS VERY WELL I SUGGEST YOU FIND AN ATTORNEY.   IM SURE THEY WILL FILE AGAINST YOU AND YOUR MOTHER  IF THEY HAVE NOT ALL READY DONE SO.

 ALL OF THE POSTINGS IT IS VERY HARD TO FOLLOW WHOM IS WHOM AND WHAT REALLY IS TRUE AND WAS JUST PLAIN FALSE. I HAVE TRIED TO HELP A LOT OF CONSUMERS WHO HAVE PROBLEM WITH THERE PETS AND BREEDERS THEY GET THEM FROM I WANT NO ONE TO LIVE WITH WHAT I HAD TO. 

THIS ONE HAS A LOT LOT LOT LOT OF POINTLESS INFORMATION I HAVE READ IT WOW IS ALL I CAN SAY.   IT APPEARS LIKE THIS SITE(ROR) HAS TAKEN SOME OF THE POSTINGS AND LOCKED THEM FROM VIEW WHICH TELLS ME THAT SOME ONE IS MOST LIKELY BEING SUED AS IT IS EXACTLY WHAT HAPPEND TO ME.

My mom is the other puppy with the parvo from the same buyer that died.  (ripoff Report: #206597).  I would not be surprised to see more reports come forth.  It took a group of people with enough complaints to end this in Florida, I am on a mission!  We really need a way to contact you!!!!

The puppy that died is also listed my prettypets.com and 2 other sites "As sold" with the name Jack Jillian Jackson on all 2 sites...2 of the sites are identical a third one has a different email address and phone number.  Really makes you wonder just what the hell is going on????

I purchased a puppy from JJ at www.myprettypups.com on the weekend before Christmas 2009.  At the 48 hour checkup he appeared normal but on the 5th day he started to vomit and have really bad Diarrhea.  After taking him to vet they confirmed he had Parvo.  On Christmas Eve he had to be hospitalized where he has been barely surviving.  My total vet bills are $7,500 and he is not out of the hospital yet.  I placed several calls leaving messages and left several emails JJ claimed not to receive.  After calling from a different phone number JJ answered right away and I explained that my puppy had Parvo and at this point was informing her since it is highly contagious.  She said she only guarantees against Parvo for 3 days and my puppy must have caught it from my backyard even though I live in a brand new 2 year old house and have never had a dog. She said none of her other dogs had Parvo. 

I later came across RipoffReport and found JJ is an alias and her real name is Amy Windham or Amy Wyndham.  On RipoffReport  #206597 another puppy purchased at the same time as mine had Parvo Christmas eve just like me.  This person had informed JJ or Amy on Christmas so she was lying when she told me no other dogs had Parvo.  Also read RipoffReport #417212 to see what kind of breeder she is.  As soon as I disputed the transaction on Paypal she threatened to have a lawyer contact me which is perfect as my wife is an attorney we were already considering legal action.  

Now the breeder changed their website to http://www.kapoos.net/ and their phone number to 832-837-0245.  After selling at least 2 Parvo infected dogs the breeder changed their website and phone number in ads and are continuing to try to sell dogs that have been exposed to Parvo.  This is inhumane.

This is the third website she has had in a year. awwhavanese.com, awcockapoos.com and one with the word cowboy and lone star in the name but long ago deleted.

There are various free adds all over the internet using the above phone numbers, email addresses and websites that link back to Amy and or her new names.  

Why does someone need to change their website, kennel name and or list under so many other people if they are not PUPPY MILLERS?? Steer clear!!!! Do your research!
