I ordered an adult novelty item from this internet business, but they sent me an entirely different model. I asked for instructions on how to return it, but got the following reply:

 "Ohmibod Club Vibe,was discontinued and upgraded to the 2 with better technology - it has also increased to double the price but this was sent to you at no additional charge - the original pulled from the market and company will no longer warranty 1.  CeC"

 Rather than telling me the original item was no longer available, and asking me if I wanted the new model, they simply shipped it. The two items are significantly different. I neither want the new model, nor can I use it. Oh, and it is also not a true statement when he or she says that the new model was double the price - not even close.

 I have sent multiple emails, but have received no additional responses, so I can only assume that, like others who have had bad experiences with them, they are simply ignoring me.

 I would seriously caution anyone from having any dealings with this company; they are not trustworthy.
