I paid $100 for a front row seat to a concert. I asked what the seat number was so I could cross-reference to seating chart for venue. I was told "seat number one"
The seat was number ten.

This seat was completely blocked by speakers and I couldn't even see the stage...ridiculous!
Not only was the seat not worth the $100 it was not even worht the face value!

Asked for a refund and "Bryan" at:

told me he had never said it was seat number one....he bold face lied to me...what a cheat!

I ave purchased many tckets from this company. They have always asnwered my qestions within hours, many times just minutes. My tickets were always as described, and always deliverd promptly. wsh I could say the same for other brokers.

Seats that were purchased by Sean were the exact seats he received period.

Sean received the exact seat he ordered. Bob Weir & Ratdog as anyone will tell you that goes to see them always has speakers on the stage, sometimes they do block seats that are off to the side. This is the case with Sean's seats. We at Neversoldout.com Do NOT mislead or lie to any of our thousands of customers. As you can do searches or call the Better Business Bureau and will see we never had (1) complaint against us.

Sean is mad and angry man, who knew he bought a seat in the 1st row (Row was FF). Yes it was off to the side. We never told Sean that the seat was #1 (That is a made up lie from Sean, after he went to the show). Sean sent us an email after he received the ticket to thank us, at that time he did not call to say "why did I get seat #10 not seat #1". But after the show was over and he was blocked by the Bands Speaker (The promoter has to label a ticket "limited view" or "obstructed" if it was to be). The ticket we sold to Sean DID NOT Have that on the tickets.

Sean wants to hurt Neversoldout.com, His LIES won't work. I have been in the Ticket business for over 30 years with a great reputation That is why I have taken this time to respond.
