Customer is a Ripoff

If a customer states the bar codes were not valid we check with the venue. In this case the Customer is not telling the truth. We have been in business for over 30 years and in this case we did NOT sell invalid tickets. If we ever have problems with tickets that are our error we make good with a FULL refund. But when customers are just not happy with the seats they purchased (remember you see ther exact location you are getting before you make your purchase) some, but very very FEW don't tell the real story. That is the case here. If this was true we would not be in buisness for 30 years
