This was after our email conversations with her to get our initial deposit back. In our earlier attempts to reach her, she had been wholly unresponsive, and when we called her out for the poor customer service, she went nuts. She accused us of lying and said that no part of our initial refund would be returned to us, despite the cancellation policy stating 50% of the deposit would be returned.After we complained about her not following their own cancellation policy, she made the credit card charge of $700 without authorization.
