The software couldn't do a simple port forward on our computer for our business. We followed every step that the program asked and then reached out to the company for help and it was a mess of "hold on's", "try it now's", "i am working on it's" and give me another few days. We asked as part of the agreement to have our computer and router correctly port forwarded manually by them. Was never responded to and was never corrected.

I called Paypall and requested they refund us since the company will not and was told that we purchased a program and paypall does not cover it under buy protection.

GREAT INSIGHT ON THE HOW-TO-DO PORT FORWARDING. HORRIBLE AT DOING IT WITH THE SOFTWARE OR THE SO CALLED MANUAL OVER_RIDING AND HAVING THEM DO IT FOR YOU.
