Well, I noticed that on my bank statements that Wli reservation rewards was taking an unauthorized $7.00 out of my account for months now,

so I typed in wli reservation rewards into yahoo and this link (www.ripoffreport.com/Travel-Services/WLI-Reservation-Rewa/wli-reservation-reward-credit-P8PD4.htm) and
its description caught my eye so I clicked there and the report was the same as mine, then I decided to search yahoo.com again and there was a catchy link so like before I went there and the person who was hosting the site was describing the same thing that had happened to me, so I decided to do what he had tried to do which was to try to log on and cancel the membership, so I went to www.reservationrewards.com and I clicked on member login and I typed in my e-mail address and password combo and
it said that there was no known e-mail adress in their databank,

I tried a couple more times but the same thing occured each time, so I'm left wondering, if I'm not a member, then why am I being charged a members fee of $7.00 a month? That sounds a little fishy to me.

This is how you get the password and cancel the membership.

AUTHOR: JAE - (U.S.A.)

First of all, they creat their own password for you (which you can never guess!). therefore, you need to put your email address (the one you are guessing) in the box on the left corner. then it will lead you to "please try again" page. once you get there "click here" under "password" so they can send you their own password to your email box. then, it will lead you to "forgot password" page. put your email address that you think the one (put all the guessing email addresses until it says "sent passwords to your email address". next, go to your email box and get the password. now log on to the www.ReservationRewards.Com with your email address and password. next, go to "privacy Policy" on the left side. Then go to number "7: how to contact us or opt out". "click on this link to access our online Benefit Cancel Center". once you get to the "Benefit Cancel Center", go to the bottom of the page and Cancel the membership. and confirm the cancelation. i know it's a bit confusting but once you try it you would see it's nothing. Buy.com somehow has relationship with this bad rip off reservationrewards. they are both bad. hope this could helped you abit.

Ripped off since October 2003

AUTHOR: Dori - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Wednesday, March 10, 2004

I paid off my credit card a few months ago. Today I received a bill from my credit card for 14 dollars. I cut this credit card up at the end of December. I called the number and they said they would refund the 14 dollars. Now that I look at my past statements, there it is 7 dollars taken out as far back as july 2003.

It showed up on my bill as WLI Reservationrewards.co. I rarely use my credit my credit card but I used it to buy plane tickets at LFR Lowestfare air tkt and from then on I've been charged 7 dollars per month. I believe it was from lowestfare.com.

Beware of Fandango's hidden sign-ups.

AUTHOR: Cindy - (U.S.A.)

Beware of Fandango's hidden sign-ups. I guess when I bought the Lord of the Ring, Return of the King tickets on Fandango I inadvertently signed up for a Reservation Rewards that cost $9 a month. So if you are getting a monthly charge from ReservationRewards.com on your statement you need to call them (888-688-5995) and have them stop it and reverse the other charges. They won't reverse the charges until you push and ask for a manager. I personally am going to write Fandango and tell them I won't be shopping with them anymore because of this.

also had charges to my account

AUTHOR: Patrick - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Wednesday, February 25, 2004

I also had charges to my account for $7.00 two months in a row from RESERVATIONREWARDS. I went to http://www.reservationrewards.com .... I didn't have a password because I don't remeber signing up for this. So I clicked on the forgot password link, typed in my most commonly used email address. The page then said "your password has been sent". Checked my email and sure enough, they sent a password. I subsequently logged into the site to investigate. Turns out this is something from Classmates.com, so if you are a Classmates member, you may have accidently signed up for this thing, as I did. I went to the FAQ and was able to cancel the membership. This is the page I got, hope it helps:

Your cancel confirmation number is: #######
We have issued a refund of $7.00 for your membership fee which was billed on 2/18/2004.
You will also receive a cancel confirmation email in a few minutes at joeblow@yahoo.com. You do not need to call or email. Your membership has been cancelled.

We're sorry to see you go but any money you've saved is yours to keep!

Thank you for trying Classmates Reservation Rewards.
