Just called an idiot today on 10/08/13 who was rude over the phone and lost a future sale as well as a customer. Bill I hope you or your braindead wife reads this. You certainly do not know how to talk to a customer over the phone.

Grandpa referred me to another website where he gets some of his products from a site called brickhousesecurity yet he will diss the website claiming his prices are cheaper yet I did look on brickhousesecurities website and it seems they have better prices and shipping cost.

Do not be fooled by lifetime warranty. Do your homework people. Many customers are having trouble getting a refund or be overcharged with shipping cost. I for one am glad you don't have my money. Be smart people, do research and you will see who are the real crooks on the internet looking to rob you of your hard earned money.
