www.spyera.com Anvangate Refuses to refund $489.00 for All in One package when site clearly states if for any reason not satisfied Hong Kong Internet

I tryed to get this software downloaded but was impossible for me to do.As a layman,spyera never explained rooting,in other words you had to have the target phone in your possession to activate their program which i do not have the target phone with me.I emailed them on several occasions and even asked for a refund at one time but they said they were willing to work with me to help issue i was facing.The issue cannot be fixed i later found out because of the target phone having to be rooted so i asked Avangate which is apparantly thier reseller and spyera to refund my $489.00 on the 10th day which is their promise to refund and have not heard back from them.They allways respond to support though,but when it comes to handing your cash over to the purchaser under thier no hassle refund policy they just dissappear.False advertising and as to the product features too.
