I brought a computer from sweepstakes clearinghouse first of all it was not what I order they adverite that it was new. and it was a dell refurd that did not work the hard drive was no good. I call customer service to tell them about the computer had lockup and they connect me with the tech support person. I told her what was happening and she said I need to buy a hard drive and they didn,t back .
