Bought $523 tickets to Yaz for Oakland 06/07/08 show on 5/05. I bought plane tickets and hotel to go to the show. I received a call on 6/23 - TicketsMyWay.com left a message saying sorry, no tickets, I have to go in and cancel my order. They didn't leave any way for me to contact them!
I called them, and they say they won't return my money for 7-30 business days. The website says I won't get my money for 3-5 weeks. They told me to call my bank and try to get a chargeback. I did so, and Ticketsmyway hung up on us. My bank can't help me until the 5 weeks have passed.
Their website says, "If there is something that is not meeting your expectations let us know, and we will climb the highest mountain for you!"
So now I have no money and no tickets to the show.
I wouldn't use them - every. They are liars and cheats.
