xbillco.com fraudulent ripoff business UK Internet

How stupid do I feel! It seems, along with many others I have been taken for a ride by these con artists.

On 26/08/02 I entered an adult site going by the name of celebibigirfu@iol.it out of curiosity. This site had a link http://www/tnt_hosting.com/rolk/ which I proceeeded to enter.

There was a reply address attached to this site of which probably means nothing anyway.

Once in this site I was asked to submit my credit card details 'for age verification only' & although sceptical, as I could little afford to pay for such sites, did it anyway.

I thoroughly read all conditions to this site & in no way did it say that after my free trial period I would be required to log in & cancell the offer. I was assured automatic cancellation would occur after 3 days.

After browsing around & indicating 'no' to all of the goods & services they offerred throughout the site I logged out & thought nothing more about it.

Much to my surprise on the 9/9/02 & the 19/9/02 I had amounts removed from my visa card by a company called www.xbillco.com adding up to over $100AUS.

I notified my bank straight away & submitted a report for fraud with their Visa disputes section. Unfortunately I am unable to stop such withdrawls so I have to cancell this card & arrange a new one.

According to the Visa disputes team I had no avenue to recover these funds through them & would have to contact the merchant www.xbillco.com not realising this was a fraudulent site too.

I managed to enter this site through a google search & it said that www.xbillco.com was based in the UK. I typed an e-mail to them listing my grievances & obviously did not get a reply.

I struggle enough as it is financially without pricks like this ripping my hard earned cash out from under my nose. I hope you are reading this you cowards, I go to work for my money!

If you are reading this, you can laugh now, but you may have just f****d over the wrong person, you don't know me personally & you don't know who I can call on to find you & f**k you over personally!!

To everyone else who has been ripped off know this; these scumbags will be found & wether or not we get our money back, we will get revenge & we will be the ones having the last laugh!!
