Since March I made a agreement to Fulfill a payment in exchange for a website, but the web-designer took my money and kepte delaying work and asking for more money because they claim they bankrupt, and now paypal wont help me because over 45 days has passed since payments made, the web-designer wont answer mobiles or telephones or emails or skype, nothing they dissapeared with my money... and I am stuck now, he promised a refund if work not finished and now I am ripp off because of this CON MAN!I keep requesting REFUND $1,170 for my payments, I have proof, invoice and skypoe conversations!
he uses the following emails: d.gonzalez@zerosystempr.com; info@zerosystempr.com; desireerodz@yahoo.com
The web-site www.zerosystempr.com does not function but you can search on the internet!
find the below two transaction in your paypal, and refund me ok! two different emails sent ! we are in month 6 now since we started on web-site and all mistakes and you never online and never punctial you keep dissapearing and asking for more money to finish, I had enough we agreed that you will refund me if job not done, or if I am not satisfied ok mr freelancer amigo...., I await FULL refund $ 1170!!!,
