Wyndham Capital Mortgage WCM Beware of Wyndham Capital - you are being sold. Internet

Beware of Wyndham Capital Mortgage.  Their marketing/recruiting pitch is VERY slick to get you to come on board.  They even promise sign on bonuses.  But you will then find out that you have been SOLD by some very slick salesman. 
 
Youll find that a lot of what they promise is not available to new hires only to their long term legacy employees.  And some you will just never see oops it changed.  Even comp plans.

Heck look at their turnover.  Ask them where their last training managers are.   Lots of LO and operations  turnover here if it was all as the marketing pitch said it sounds like heaven but its more like hell.  The folks walk around like zombies they know they cant leave because WCM wants you to leave your last job without giving notice you are stuck here.  You cant go back. 

And when business slows down (and it will due to LO turnover) you may find that the heat is on you and its on high baby.  Burn it up.   There are some good folks here, but most likely you will be told to step it up if you don't comply and obey.
 
Do not trust this company.  They lied to me and my friends, and others should know about this.  Its tough enough in the morgage business these days, dont sugar coat it for me.   I got sold, look deeper at their complaint record.
