wyndham resort/worldmark Kiley in the account resolution team department would not help find my cancellation fax letter. She denied having access to it, even though another employee said that they would be able to help me Orlando Florida

When I was on vacation on 6/21/2015 in Long Beach California. I was touring the Queen Mary Ship, when I was approached by a gentleman who  invited to attended a presentation . And said just for attending, They would provide a meal and I would get a 100.00 prepaid american express card and a dining card worth 100.00. I then descided to sign up since the presentaion would only take a couple of hours and no Obligation to buy.

It turned out to be a high pressure sales pitch. The whole time the salesman, Keith Johnson, was at my table. Then afterwards he wanted my Drivers license and some other personal information. Before I realized it, he said I had a credit limit for over 2,000.00. He said if I signed the papers for the loan, that I could cancel within 7 days and not be charged anything. I kept asking about the cancellation policy, since I don't have the finacial means to pay for a timeshare home. I told him that the guy who asked to attend the presentaion, did not mention anything about timeeharing.

I got home from my vacation on 6/22/2015 and I have been desperately trying to cancel. The fax number that he provided is busy all the time for me to fax the cancellation letter. I will be stuck with a total of 32,000.00 If they don't get the cancellation within 7 days. I sent a complaint to the attorney general's office. And called the Wyndham's account resolution team office and talked with a rude lady by the name of Kiley. Who would not help me cancel.
