Wyndham Wingate hotel NY NY Wyndham Wingate Customer Service is awful new york, New York

The hotel Wyndham Wingate hotel in NY NY charged me 1000 dollars for paper confetti that did not stain or damage a room, they said it was disrespectful and this is the reason they charged. I would like to sue them back for the money. The confetti was a mistake, I had gone to China town and bought this thing that they told me was approved in NY and they said its good for indoors and as sovenier and to look at different culture we tried it out, its like spilled milk, tourists go through the rooms and they will have to clean after guests some more than others, I was in no way drunk, and in no way damaged the room. I spoke to the hotel and they said theyll reduce chardes to 450, then I sent an email asking for all charges to be removed and apoligizing (no mean words) and they raised it back to 1000, they didnt want to itemize for me what the charges were based on.The head of the housekeeping must have not wanted toshow overtime in his department so he told housekeepers to come back next day, also he wanted to complete police report and they didnt rent out the room that night- this is entirely their fault because I spoke tohousekeeper in morning he said room wasntclean yet and less than an hour later manager told me room was clean. I really shouldnt have to pay extra for the housekeeping at the hotel this waswhat the expensive hotel room fee was for. I also didnthave the breakfast they provide two of the days, or use their internet printer so they saved money on me there.I have two weddings this month, my brother and my cousin and I dont have money for dresses for either now, I have 9 brothers and sisters, and havent been home in a year and dont have money to get them presents either.These charges by Wyndham Wingate Hotelare really uncalled for, how can I proceed?
