Wyotech laramie screwed my boyfriends credit by contiuing to charge him after he dropped out. laramie, Wyoming

Ok so here's the deal. My boyfriend and one off him buddies where recruted by one of wyotechs recruters 2 years ago. When he came to talk to them, he told them that they could come and see the college and everything after they sighned the paper work and that they wouldn't continue to charge the if they where gone in 10 days.

They also said they would refund the money that they had to pay upfront. So they went up there and because of the crazy rules and cramped expensive living arragements they decided to leave on the 10th morning so they did.

Well turns out that Wyotech continued to charge them and has been charging them late fees for TWO YEARS!!!!! Without so much as a letter to tell them they were doing so!! Now my boyfriend and his friends credit is all messed up and thats not something that just gets better over night.

When we called the school they told us that they would call us back and give us the number to call the corerate office....well that was 2 weeks ago. Long story short we were wondering if anyone had any advice on any legal actions that we could take?

We are all just tired of them screwing us around. they are obviously not interested in fixing this problem so we are taking it upon outselves. and help is greatly appreciated:/
