I purchased a set of clubs for me and my wife. I would not have spent this amount of money buy they had a 60 day money back guarantee. The clubs were awful and did not work as promised. I called repeatedly to try to return them but the person handling the calls true fussed to provide the return information. They started claiming the clubs were custom because we paid the extra money for the red clubs which was one of the colors they offered. Then they said we could not return my wife's clubs because woman's clubs are "a custom length."

Since they never asked her height and one of the "free" club they included was the exact same size as the one they gave me.  They said they would take the clubs back but would deduct for wear. There wasn't any. 2 of the clubs were still wrapped in the plastic. When I questioned them and threaded a law suit, they flat out admitted that they get away with it all the time because they "just over inflate their handling and restocking fees."  They also tried to justify themselves about thre clubs being non returnable because they hand none on the receipt they were non refundable. Really, writing that on a receipt  after the purchase, when there was no mention of conditions or that the colors would prevent returns will not fly in any court. I returned the clubs but was never refunded.

As it stands, I have photos of everything, a copies of all the paperwork, copies of the infomercials and have returned the clubs cut never got paid. I am willing to file the suit myself, but I am hoping they will get nailed on a class action suit. I would like to be one of the primary parties.
