Please take notice that The X Sport Fitness Center located at both Pipers Alley in Chicago and at The State Street Locations in Chicago are totally against the City Health Codes.  In these facilities you will find risks to your health such as unclean toilets, covered with blood and urine on many evenings.  There is always urine soaked toilet paper in the bathrooms on the floor..  X Sport Fitness Center is not good for you if you want to stay healthy.  The sinks often have spit in them.  There are guys there that urinate in the sinks.  There has been blood found on the toilets and in the sinks from guys spitting blood in the sinks.  People brush their dirty gums in the bathrooms with toothbrush and toothpaste and then when they bleed they leave it in the sink.  X Sport Fitness located on North Avenue in Chicago called Pipers Alley often has sweat in the seats where the bikes are.  Blood has been found near the pool.  The moment people complain, the X Sport Staff will clean it up momentarily, only for it to return to terrible conditions.  Do not use X Sport Fitness at these locations.  Their Vice President Kelly Kartright claims she is on it when it comes to cleanliness, but her clubs operate at below legal standards.  Some of her showers are broken in the men's bathroom.  There is spit and blood often found on the floors at The X Sport Fitness at North Avenue in Chicago.  Please do not use these clubs.  There is a high risk of you catching diseases such as Hepetitus C and other diseases.  X Sport Staff can be very rude when you ask them to clean up the spit and blood in the men's locker rooms, and bathrooms.  Someone should call the Health Department.  The Vice President of The X Sport does not care about public safety and health.  Call the X Sport Fitness Club and complain.  This place is horrible. 

Also, there is drug dealing in the X Sport at 230 West North Avenue, Chicago Illinois.  Guys leave guns and drugs in lockers and X Sport Staff knows it.  There has been illegal drug sales in the X Sport Fitness Centers at State Street and at The North Avenue locations.  Nothing is being done about it.  This mostly takes place in the Men's locker room.
