I met with Rica Grandison in January 2016 to take a look around and freely decided to join.  I remember part of Rica's sales pitch was that if you do not come in for a while, they will call you and find out what's going on to get you motivated to come back in.  That sounded great, and I stupidly believed him.  I never made it to even one session, as I came down with a terrible flu and subsequently had to deal with a family tragedy in my hometown, that left me depressed.  I HEARD NOTHING FROM NO ONE DURING THIS TIME!   However, since I signed up with a credit card, they continued to get my monthly payments.  Finally, my credit card expired and I was issued a new one, but they did not have the new credit card number.  THAT IS WHEN I FINALLY HEARD FROM SOMEONE, iIN JULY, WHEN MY PAYMENTS STOPPED!  Needless to say, by this time, I was not interested in updating my credit card information, because they got seven months of payments and did not care that I did not come.  Since they did not honor their words in their sales pitch, got seven months of payments without finding out where I was or why I had not come in, I was not interested in continuing my payments any more than they were in my coming in.  NEEDLESS TO SAY, THEY SENT MY ACCOUNT TO A COLLECTION AGENCY!  These people will tell you anything to get you to sign, and once you do, it is basically F*** you, we got your signature and don't give a d**n what you do now even if we told you otherwise!
