XACCEL NETWORKS IS A MASSIVE SCAM. THE COMPANY WILL CONSISTENTLY CHARGE YOU FOR LICENSE AND SERVICES THEY WILL NOT PROVIDE. I WAS A VICTIM OF THE FRAUD FOR ROUGHLY 3 YEARS. I WAS CHARGED FOR MORE THAN 5 LICENSE OF WINDOWS SERVER 2016 AND MORE THAN 30 LICENSE OF 2016 REMOTE USERS. I THEN PROCEEDED TO PURCHASE A SERVER OFF OF THEM TO LOWER THE COSTS AND THEY CONTINUED TO HOST MY DATA AND WITHOUT MY APPROVAL AND NOW WANT TO BE PAID TO GET MY DATA BACK. UPON THE INSTALLTION OF THE SERVER I HAD TO PAY FOR AIRLINE TICKETS FOR THE INSTALLER TO LAND 4 HOURS AWAY IN DISNEYLAND AND HIS HOTEL IN DISNEYLAND WHICH WAS NOWHERE NEAR MY LOCATION? MY BILL CHANGES FROM $12,000 TO $800 ON A DAILY BASIS. THEY ARE HANDS DOWN THE BIGGEST SCAMMERS I HAVE MET TO DATE. MICHAEL SWAM IS THIEF AND LIAR YOU CAN COUNT ON THE FACT HE IS UNABLE TO PROVIDE AN INVOICE IN ANYTIME LESS THAN 3 WEEKS. GO TO THE AUTHORITIES WITH THESE GUYS THEY ARE CURRENTLY BEING PROSECUTED FOR TAKING OUT EQUIPMENT LEASES ON OTHER INDIVIDUALS EQUIPMENT. I AM ALSO A VICTIM OF THIS MY EQUIPMENT IS NOT REGISTERED TO MY COMPANY THE LIST GOES ON AND ON..... WATCH OUT !

This is a disgruntled customer that is mad we stopped supporting him when he decided not to pay his bill.
None of what he said above is true. We bent over backwards for this customer and did everything we could to make him happy.
