Xane Websol: Xane International, LLC. misrepresent themselves, then they scare you and lie about price, then they try to pick you pocket, Internet

Xane websol; first contacted me in dec 2012 and said that they worked hand in hand with Microsoft went on to say I had a great many things wrong with my computer and that they were called upon to fix them.

First you can barely undersstand them because their English is so poor and then they try to make you feel they are doing a great deal because they keep switching you to a Manager always higher up the ladder!

They ask to take control of your computer and begin to show you what they say is wrong and how much they will protect you by becoming your Gatekepper!

I went on to tell them that I was on Disability and could not afford much and they said no problem they will only charge $99.00 - which is still a lot when your on a fixed inccome!

then they start to tell you that you need a program for this problem at @30.00 and a program to fix another problem for $49.00 etc.

The next daay I could not wait to see how my computer rain and to my surprise it rain like CRAP!

slow, very slow, things erased and added etc.

I was contacted by my CC Company that said that Xane Websol charged $204.00 in cash to western union,

150.00 went to Xane websol and also a porn site for 24.95 was also added it's almost funny if it were not happening to me, oh yeah one of the guys started laughing when I didn't want to give them certain infoo and assured me it was all above and on the up and up!

Thanks to my CC Company I will not pay a dime and hope this will help someone else along the way!
