Xason Oliva And Franklin Kamgang pay 200.00 for shipping of a maltese dog named Lilly and 840.00 for the insurance Limbe Internet

I've been wanting a maltese puppy for my 8yr old blind daughter and a (mary.h29@hotmail.com) had a picture of her puppy on line which she was giving away for free, all I had to pay was the traveling fee.
After I e-mail her she said she was taking Lilly the puppy to the shipping agency to get register and they will contact me with all the information I would need and make the transportation payment. A person by the name of Frankline Kamgang called me and said that I needed to pay by western Union $200.00 for the dog to be shipped to us. I did, and they said the dog would arrive at my door the same day. I did not sleep all night waiting on the arrival of Lilly. When my husband left for work I went to check the computer and I had a message from Mary and the Pets Flight. World Pets Delivery Agency.They wanted me to send $840.00 for the Insurance of the dog,With out that the dog could not leave.
They send me a E-mail with the name VPI INSURANCE with the names of Mr. Xason Oliva as Home deivery Manager and Mrs. Chris Chambers as Secretary and Frankline Kamgang as receiver of Western Union Payments.
These people call me all day today 7/18/08 for me to send more money. MY daughter-in-law was the one who knew this was a scam. I just don't understand how people can do this to good honest christians who are willing to take care of a puppy. How am I going to explain this to my daughter who is so excited about the new puppy. This scam really hurt us. I've learn a lesson and it was not a good one.
