Sadly, the CEO and owner (Jit Kumar) of Xcel Solutions is a man of no integrity, and a liar.

I have seen several anomalies, he fires people without paying him their current month.In Mexico he fires people without paying them "liquidacion ni finiquito"

He lies to companies, and make up deals with companies that Xcel hasnt been in touch with.

He didnt gave us our paycheck 1 week late, and we had families to feed.

He fired a friend because my friend got sick.

He uses bad language and insult his employees.

Tengan cuidado de no aceptar ninguna oferta de Xcel,

Jit rompe muchisimas leyes laborales.

El nivel de rotacion es altisimo, muchisimos han sido despedidos sin paga no solo de liquidacion, sino sin pagar el mes actual.

Otros terminan renunciando al ver que no se cumple lo prometido.

No se les ocurra irse a USA por medio de XCEL. hay grandes oportunidades sin mentiras.

Te habla con groserias y te discrimina.
