Xcelerate Fitness DON'T FALL FOR THIS SCAM reedley California

 BEWARE OF THIS SCAM! Your contract with Xcelerate Fitness will automatically renew after one year unless you notify the club at least one month before your contract expiration date. Xcelerate will tell you that you owe them an extra month membership plus their renewal fee even if you are no longer using their facility. They will tell you that they can't cancel your membership until you pay everything you "owe" them. Don't believe the lies: Xcelerate may tell you that they need you to fill out their cancellation form and they aren't sure where they're kept or that they're all out of the necessary forms. Check your contract, if you don't have it ask for a copy. You will find that the contract states that all you need to do to cancel is provide something in writing at least 30 days prior.
