 You lose service 9 or 10 times a day. Forced to get service due to apartment complex & using any other cable/internet provider else where is a lease violation. Had problems the first day had to keep unplugging my modem. This is really sad. I saw other bad reviews and thought 1. The problem is probably going to be fixed because this is a lot of people complaining about the same thing. (LOTS OF Outages, bad customer service etc) & 2. This wont happen to me because i will not buy a cheap modem as suggested- i will rent theirs. It is not worth it. I saw all the red flags but thought all "with all the money they make, all the people forced to deal with them because of contracts they have with diffrent apt complexes,

and all of the bad reviews and all the competition out there they would step up their game" i was so wrong. I have never spent time writing a review, but hopefully they will see this and see how sorry the service they rip people off for is a all time 0 on all levels. If you can AVOID. The same thing will happen to you. Guaranteed. I have not met 1 perso ln who has said other wise. Over priced packages, service is sad, brookstone apartments, in Birmingham,AL is how i even heard about them . Honestly would prefer (((REDACTED))). Or climbing a tree and randomly try to hook up my own tin foil satelite dish and try to connect , hey that would be better service. I wont even start on the cable.
