        I bought a refurbished elliptical from Xceleration on 11/10/15 for $3,000. It was delivered to my house on 1/16/16. Upon receipt, the cup holder on the machine was broken and the resistance on the machine did not work---You can increase or decrease it and the numerical resistance on the machine changes, but the actual resistance on the machine doesn't change. I've called Xceleration at least 5 times. The approximate dates of the first 3 calls were 2/15/16, 3/10/16, 4/25/16. The last 2 calls were made on 6/20/16 & 6/21/16. ( (I've spoken to Brie at least 2 times and spoke to Robin on 6/21/16). I sent digital pictures of the broken cup holder in the original packaging to Robin on 6/21/16. On every one of the 5 calls my address was confirmed, and I was assured that a service person would call me to coordinate a date when he or she could look at the machine. None of these calls have resulting in any return correspondence from Xceleration or a service person. I called on 6/20/16 and told the person how long it had been since I had initiated the needed repair of the machine. She apologized and assured me she would call later that day and apprise me as to the status of my case. She did not call back. I called and spoke to Robin on 6/21/16 and emailed the digital pictures to Robin@gympros.com. She assured me that she would call back later on 6/21/16 and update me on the scheduled repair of my machine. She did not call back 6/21 or 6/22. Over the course of 4-5 months, I've made 5 calls and spoken to a person each time who assured me that they would send a service person out to fix the machine, but there has been absolutely no follow up on their part.  As a result of Xceleration Fitness' refusal to fix my elliptical machine I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.  Brie at Xceleration Fitness asked me to close the complaint and they would fix my elliptical machine.  I told her I would close the complaint when they actually repaired the machine.  In answer to my complaint through the BBB, Xceleration said they would fix my machine.  It has not been 27 days since I filed the complaint with the BBB, and Xceleration Fitness HAS DONE ABSOLUTELY NOTHING REGARDING FIXING THE MACHINE.  I've been told 6 times now by Brie at Xceleration Fitness that they will honor my warranty and fix my machine BUT NOTHING EVER HAPPENS.  I guess they think I will just give up at some point because it's too much trouble...
