Typically only sell via Elance, they have very good prices and have an unusually good portfolio. Problem is, it is not their portfolio, and they simply have some nice looking projects that they must have stolen from others to show you.
When you see their work, you will realize they are simply a one man operation who is out sourcing all of their design work to India. It is pathetic, complete 100% cheap front page designs, they do not listen to your feedback, they just design whatever they want and then expect you to accept it. They request a 50% deposit up front, and they will not refund it.
They are 100% criminals, who do not stand behind their work. You must avoid them at all costs. You will get screwed by Michael at http://www.xcitestudio.com/. Do not let them bid via Elance, http://www.elance.com, do not buy from their website http://www.xcitestudio.com/. Avoid this company at all costs.

We really like these, hard to choose which to move forward with. We like the first one, the font on it and the alignment. And we also really like the 4th and 5th ones. We like that font, and the shiny depth and dimension that is on the fonts and graphic. Instead of the arrow, attached is a graphic that we like, can you make this work with any of these, or something similar? put 2+ colors in it? red/black like on the last one? or the wine color and something.... Not sure which logo it will work the best with, but we like #1, #4, #5, #7 the most.
