About three months ago I walked into Xclusive Stylez and ordered a pair of Air Jordans paying with cash($265).  The sales rep (Rico Grimes) issued a receipt and advised me that it would be 4-10 business days to receive the shoes at their store.  He also advised that I should return the very next week so that at the very least I could obtain a tracking number.

 The following week I met the store owner (Brandon Oredugba) and requested a tracking number.  He stated he had no idea of the transaction and that Rico had never old him about it.  Brandon then wrote down Rico's number as well as a female's number down on the receipt and advised me to call both of them to inquire about my order, but in the meantime he would search for the shoes himself.

 I got ahold of Rico and inquired about my order.  He told me he had to order mulitple pairs of shoes and was unable to order my shoes alone (something that was not mentioned during the sale) but should be able to order them wiihin the next few days pending addtional orders.  

 Over the course of the next three weeks I was misled about the shipping of my shoes and never received a tracking number.  I was only told the shoes were delivered to the wrong address.  It was at this point I asked for a refund from Rico and was told he had to make a few sales and would have they money in my hands within the following week.

 Two months in and still with no refund, I contacted the owner Brandon and informed him of the situation. He advised me he would contact Rico to have the issue resolved (failed attempt).  A week later I contacted Brandon again and he advised that he personally would handle the issue.  When I asked specifically what he planned on doing and when this action would be completed he never answered the question and proceeded to place blame on Rico.

 This has gone on for 3 FULL MONTHS with both Brandon and Rico playing off one another and not willing to meet nor provide a refund.  The so called owner and CEO has been unwilling to take ANY type of responsibility for the issue and has continuously stated he has nothing to do with it!  THIS IS THE WORST KIND OF BUSINESS OWNER!!!!
