You and your company are such thieves and liars.  Infact, your statement is not even accurate.  Why would I want to do business with such theives and liars like you!!  I paid for the first month, I got service from you the first month.  Despite being unhappy with your service, I allow the first $500 to be paid to your company because I agree to the term.  In my email, I told your company not to charge me again for the following month.  Your company went and took another $500 the following month knowing that I was not happy with your service and I already told your company weeks ahead not to charge me for the SECOND TIME.  Your company went against my will and stole that money from my credit card. 

I kindly ask your company to refund the SECOND charge to be refunded.  The SECOND charge.  I didn't ask for the first charge to be given back to me.  I ask you to refund the SECOND charge; the one your company charged without MY PERMISSION.  The one that you never rendered any business! A month went by and your company continue to ignore my request to give me my money back on the SECOND charges you made without my permission.

I did not ask my Credit Company to take back the first charges because I gave your company permission to take it.  I ask my Credit Company to take back the SECOND Charge you took from me WITHOUT MY PERMISSION.

You can pretend all you want to be all rightous.  You sent a firm after me after you took my money without my permission in the second transaction.

I left the first payment for your company for rendering service for the first month.  You stole money from me in the SECOND month and that was the money my Credit Card Company took back.  Yes, it took back the SECOND charges that you NEVER RENDER any service.  You were suppose to refund that back to me...You never did.  Your company continue to ignore me. 

I hate liars and I will never do business with a liar.  Instead of coming here and saying we made a mistake and should never have charged you the SECOND TIME.  You s*** on me and try to make me the liar?  Then try to extend a hand out to look like you were the decent one and I stole your money?  No, it was YOU who stole my money.  I wasn't the one who stole, you did.  So let's not pretend about that fake extended warmness extension from you.  I showed proof to my Credit Company showing that I ask your company that I will not continue business with your company beyond the first month and not to charge me again the SECOND time.  But your company ignored that email and charged me for the SECOND month anyway.

Mike,  I am sorry that you are so upset over a transaction with our company. That was never our intention. I do need to make some things clear, I have read all the emails between you and my sales associate and I see that you were concerned about how quickly leads were being generated, I see that this was adressed by switching callers, call times, pulling adittional leads etc.. I also see by the conversation that you became increasingly distraught after our attempts did not meet your satisfaction and you demanded a refund. We did not at any point ( I can provide email proof) Tell you that you would get nothing for your investment, No one at my company at any time in fact asked you to walk away disatisfied, as we were attempting to resolve your account you initiated a chargeback with your credit card company while continuing to ask for a refund. 

A chargeback is when a person disputes a charge to their card and receives the money back instantly from the credit card company and then pursues a company to collect their fees. 

You received the $500.00 returned to you and so we cancelled our resolution  attempts  because the matter had been resolved. The refund was cancelled due to you having collected it from yoru card company during the dispute. 

Mike we could go back and forth all day, I serve hundreds of clients and this rip off report means nothing to me to be honest. What bothers me is that we could not resolve this and there was a lack of communication with what transpired with yoru account. I instead am reaching out to you to say Let us provide you value and prove to you that there was some miscommunication and that we are not a scam or intended to "run off" with your money, we are right where we always have been, same phone numbers, same emails, same physical adress, in fact same employees. We are constant and if you feel wronged over $500.00 then I am publicly Giving you a $500.00 credit on your account with xdate pro. That way you can try our services and no money will exchange hands, That should make you comfortable and give us an oppurtunity to show you what we can do and fix this breech of trust in your mind. so Mike call us at 877-499-4678 We leave the ball in your court.. 

Sorry to address this publicly but I had to answer the claim when it was brought to my attention. I have those emails if you would like a copy? Although I am hoping we can start fresh and make you whole for the amount you are upset over..
