Like at least one other individual that has made a report, I also ordered a G2 Brake Caliper Paint Kit that has never arrived. As the email chain and PayPal receipt below indicate, I ordered a paint kit and set of caliper decals on March 4, 2009. I sent a payment for the total through PayPal to jamieyates@hotmail.com. The only communication I ever got regarding the order was simply the automatically-generated PayPal receipt. There was absolutely nothing about how or when the items would ship.

I did actually receive the caliper decals about a week later. They came in an envelope via first class mail with a return address label saying "Web/Decal Order, PO Box 2, Livonia, NY 14487." Xenonmods.com claims that it ships "each and every item within 24-48 hours of payment, and in most cases the items will be to you within 5 business days (or less) from when you placed payment for the order." As of March 28, 2009, I have not received the caliper paint. Nor have I received any indication that I will ever be receiving it in the future.

As the emails below show, I've made a number of attempts to communicate with the seller, all with absolutely no response. I have also set emails to jamieyates@hotmail.com, all to no avail. A dispute filed with PayPal went nowhere, apparently because they only offer "Buyer Protection" in cases like this when a buyer purchases an item through Ebay (live and learn, and perhaps why Mr. Calnan didn't just set up an Ebay Store). There is no email or address listed on xenonmods.com, but I did manage to find a physical address for Richard J. Calnan and Jamie Yates at 4203 E Lake Rd, Livonia, NY 14487-9630. I would assume they run this "business" out of their home. The city, state, and zip code match what was on the return address label for the caliper decals.

Bottom line, it appears that I'm out $36.99 (the price of the caliper paint) and some extra personal time and frustration in dealing with this issue. It appears that I'm not alone, so buyer beware when you're dealing with xenonmods.com, Richard J. Calnan, or Jamie Yates.

Please respond to this email with the tracking information for the remainder of my order by close of business Wednesday, March 25. If I have not heard from you by that time, I will file a claim with PayPal for the return of the purchase price of the caliper paint and buy it from a more responsive business with much better customer service. Thank you.

I ordered some caliper paint and decals over two weeks ago. I never got any shipping info on the order--just this receipt from Paypal. I did receive the decals, but I'm wondering where my caliper paint might be. Please forward me the shipping/tracking info. Thanks.
