They claim you have a lifetime warranty but when you message them on live chat and give all your order info they either claim it isn't theirs or ghost you. They told me my order# is not theirs even after I supplied them email confirmation. When they would ghost me i'd send another chat and would get verbally abused. They told me to stop messaging that i'm not a customer (even though I provided confirmation of order) and called me a p****. I would order elsewhere.
