I have worked at Xentel for years now and everything that I am about to mention is 100% accurate and accounted for as far as proving that these statements are true and not hearsay or slanderous in any way shape or form.

I will just state the obvious and the most devastating blows against this horrible, crooked, and devious company.

In the past 3 months we have gone thought this unbelievable "Heroin" epidemic that is totally out of control and I am amazed that the St. Louis County Police Department has not "raided" or arrested anyone from this business. I honestly would not be surprised if they have undercover officers working at Xentel.

In the past 3 months we have had 2 employees that have overdosed on drugs. Both employees were involved in drug activity and the first employee was "dead" for a few minutes in the office until some of the employees resesitated him and then the police/emt showed up. Since the employee obviously had drugs on him at the time he didn't want to be taken to the hospital and refused any further medical attention.

It is believed that this employee either overdosed on heroin or the oxycontin. Not physically seeing this employee take the drug I cannot determine what it was. I do know that he did overdose and his heart did stop beating, he foamed at the mouth, and his face turned blue, I know pot doesn't do that to you. The second overdose happend within the past 3 weeks. Not being a drug addict I don't know the levels of "overdosing" but lets just say that this employee was going in and out of consciousness and was looking worse and worse by the second. The managers didn't want another OD in the office so instead of calling him the EMT to come, they put this employee in a car and literally drove him to his house and dropped him off on his front yard.

The mangers at Xentel St. Louis have allow the following to occur on a day to day business. All of the managers are aware of these problems and no one does anything to put a stop to it or even reprimand/call police on these actions.

This is what happens on a day to day basis at Xentel. Employees deal drugs on a regular basis (more on payday than any other day). Drugs dealt on a regualr basis are: heroin, Heroin mixed with Sleeping pills, Any type of prescription drug, weed, and possibly cocaine and crack (I have never seen anyone with coke or crack). The most popular is probably Weed, followed up by heroin. If the employees aren't selling them, they actually have drug dealers come up to Xentel and they sell drugs with not a care in the world.

I repeat, the managers all know this goes on and they have seen it as well. No one does anything. I have seen with my own two eyes, people using drugs, buying drugs, and selling drugs. We all call in cubicles and I have seen probably over 100 times, people snorting heroin or breaking up bags of weed to sell, right at their cubicle desk with not a care in the world. I have also seen drug dealers come up to work and "collect" debts off of employees by threatening employees with violence.

I have seen employees assualted by another employees at work on the job. Some of the employees had been reprimanded, some weren't. The sad thing is, I haven't even delved into the stuff that goes on as far as people actually "working" there.

Facts about Xentel
Working conditions are below average, extremely dirty, unsanitary bathrooms, breakroom/kitchen, employees smoke in office "managers don't know..wink wink", Xentel does not follow proper procedures when dealing with "NO CALL" list.

Customers have been called numerous times on a daily and weekly basis. Callers asked to be taken off list and are still called. Callers over "localize" calls, discrimination and favoritism is a big thing at Xentel. The xentel employee handbook is a commplete joke. I don't know if any rules are followed at all. Xentel does not care about their employees, rules are changed on regular basis and none of them favor the employees whatsoever.

Paychecks are always messed up on a regular basis that never favor the employee, the "good" callers are treated far better than "new" employees or employees that aren't "friends" with management. some employees are fired for minor infringments, while some employees aren't even reprimanded for drug use, theft, assualt and things of that nature.

I can go on and on but I think you can get the point. I am not a employee that is disgruntled at anyone in paticular, I have a clean record at Xentel, and my slate is clean. This isn't done to codemn anyone or to name drop people. I am so disgusted with the overall way that Xentel conducts their business and they claim to be "professional fundraisers". They don't care about anything other than the almighty dollar and they don't care how they get it.

I feel bad for all of these employees that are drug users/sellers, i shouldn't say i feel bad for them. I feel bad for their families and kids if they have any that will feel the effects of this if their is a "drug raid" at Xentel.

Is Mike a Manager at Xentel?

AUTHOR: Rich G - (USA)

POSTED: Sunday, December 13, 2009

Mike, I don't know if you are either a manager with Xentel or somehow affiliated with that horrible organization but one thing I do know is that you are a very callous, uncaring person. The internet is full of complaints against Xentel and numerous people have mentioned the drugs. Instead of having a little bit of compassion, you slam my son and then tell me I must have had bad parenting skills? I had a great son that was never in trouble and hated drugs until he got in with the wrong people. How you can defend Xentel is beyond any civil person's comprehension. The managers of this company are quite aware of the drugs and the shady business deals that go on right under their noses every single day.

Thank You for not attending the funeral. He had friends and a very loving family there that knew what a wonderful person he was, especially before working at Xentel.

Dan Green was not on any drug or even a drinker until he met Neil Rawlins, and Ron Blest. Neil Rawlins, a professional doper, was the single biggest influence on Dan. And it didn't happen untill Xentel. At PSI, he was a clean kid with a future, but now, he is only a distant memory. Xentel was, has been, and always will be a place for addicts to feel at home. It's kind of hard to rid of heroin at Xentel, when the dealer still works there. 10 people that were at one time employed by Xentel, have died due to the influence of heroin. Nothings changed at Xentel, and that's why the same old people always come back. Keep filing rebuttals and I'll bring out some more names

XENTEL NOT TO BLAME

AUTHOR: Mike - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Saturday, May 02, 2009

I knew your son Dan Green from back at Blue Horseshoe when he was addicted to Hydroxycut, a weight loss pill. I knew him at PSI when he turned into a drunk after he turned 21. I knew him at Xentel where I personally told him that he better stop taking pain pills before he moves on to Heroin and dies. I knew him also at Xentel when he didn't care what people told him, and went from bad to worse in what seemed like days. I didn't go to his funeral because I don't respect in any way suicide, which is exactly what he committed. You can't go blame a company your son worked for for the reason he decided to make horrible decisions. Parenting would be more to blame for that. I have worked for all the companies he did, and still am employed at Xentel, and never once has Heroin been pushed on me. If for some reason it had been, I was raised well enough to know when to say no. In fact, I had a lot to do with him getting fired and sent to North County for being a horrible employee even though I had once considered him a friend. Your son worked for Xentel because he couldn't do anything else, and he was a good salesman. Too bad he didn't have any self-control whatsoever. The only thing you can blame Xentel for is hiring you son. That was the mistake.

How Many Must Be Hurt or Killed before Something is Done about Xentel?

AUTHOR: Rich G - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Sunday, March 29, 2009

The accusations that Jon posted are all true and not exagerated. My son worked for PSI until Xentel bought the company out. DG stayed with Xentel for a couple of years and both the North County and South County locations were frequented by drug dealers and people that loaned money to employees and then charged them ridiculous interest. If they didn't get their money on time they would threaten the employee with physical violence. My son also told me that the managers saw and knew what was going on.

My son was a great kid until he got involved with this horrible organization. Drugs were available right on the job and some how my son got with the group that did heroin and himself became an addict. He wouldn't have found a more dangerous place if he walked the streets among drug dealers in North City.

Not only were the managers of Xentel aware of the drugs, so was the St. Louis County Police Department who did nothing.

I found my on dead on his bedroom floor a couple of months ago from a heroin overdose. Did Xentel kill my son? Of course not but they ran a business and condoned the use of drugs and in fact allowed drug dealers to intimidate their employees. My life will never be the same and I have to wonder how many lives have been lost or ruined as a result of the atmosphere found at both Xentel locations in St. Louis.

#1 UPDATE Employee

But the truth is...

AUTHOR: Brock - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Friday, August 11, 2006

I have also been employed by Xentel for years and I have never once seen anyone "snorting heroin" or "breaking up bags of weed to sell". I do however remember an instance about 1 1/2 years ago where a manager did catch someone doing something drug related at there desk. This was a profitable employee, and he was fired on the spot. This person has not yet been rehired, nor have I seen him back in the office since that day.

On the statements of overdosing employees, I was present during both instances. The first employee mentioned did quit breathing for a short period of time, but nothing proved that he "overdosed on heroin or the oxycontin". In fact, this employee was diabetic and the paramedics did state that his blood sugar was drastically low.

No drugs were found on this person, and he refused medical attention because he did not have insurance. However since he was not able to prove that he did not overdose, he was terminated as if he did. The second employee mentioned was definitely intoxicated by something and was not in any shape to do his job. One of the managers did drive this employee home because he did not have a ride, and this employee was terminated for showing up to work in that state.

As for the the "Employees deal[ing] drugs on a regualr basis", they must hide it rather well, as I have never once seen this happen, nor have I heard of it happening.

Xentel pays a cleaning company to clean the office 3 times a week. All bathrooms, breakrooms and the kitchen are sanitized at these times. If things become unsanitary because some employees either have no respect, or just don't care, they are cleaned up in a timely manner. I have actually been given bonuses a few times for cleaning up after other employees, so I know for a fact that the managers take care of it.

Xentel does follow procedure on the NO-CALL list, although procedure does change from time to time. If they did not, they would be fined by the state's Attorney General. The fact is, Xentel is the leading fundraising company in North America, and they didn't get there by breaking the law or not following procedures.

On the comment: "Xentel does not care about their employees, rules are changed on a regular basis and none of them favor the employees whatsoever", this is absurd. There is a reason that this employee with the problem has worked at Xentel for years, and I doubt it is because he or she is mistreated. The managers at Xentel offer enough bonus money for a good caller to make over $40,000 a year. About every time a rule is changed, a new bonus is added, and bonuses definitely favor employees.

Generally in sales, the better you are, the better you are compensated. This is true for any sales company, not just Xentel. I am friends with some of the management myself, and I see plenty of people get paid more than me, and also get special treatment at times. Those people also make a lot more money for the company than I do, and always earn whatever they receive.

The bottom line is whoever is making all these comments and assumptions must be angry. The entire complaint was obviously just a jumble of bad english and misspelled words. I have enjoyed working at Xentel for many years, and wonder how someone with that bad of an attitude has made it "years" in the business. To all the managers at Xentel: Keep up the good work!
