I went on to the Tophatter site because I thought I would see if I could win an auction. I saw advertised, some large plastic packages with large amounts of glitter and colored pens in them, and I thought I could use them for my artwork. I won the auction at, I believe, $8.00. I didn't even realize that the seller was from China until I opened the small package of pens. I was livid!! I had only been ripped off one other time on Tophatter, and that was by an Arab individual. He sent me the wrong size rings I won at auction. Right away I sent Tophatter an e-mail relaying to them what I did to you. I haven't heard from them yet. I either want the large amount of pens as pictured at the auction, or I want my account credited the amount I spent at the auction. I would also like this chinese company tossed out of the Tophatter auctions. Thank you for your time.
